We're hoping spring is coming....so hopeful in fact that we are having a contest! If you can guess the date at which the snow pile in front of the lesson barn will be completely melted, you will win a free lesson! Put your name on the calendar in the boarder barn to enter. This month we will be going to the following events: March 15- Horse Park of New Jersey Dressage Show March 22/23- Clinic with Andrea Leatherman at Buckwampum Farm Also, put April 26 on your calendars as that will be the date of Maple Run's in-house schooling show. Our current plan is to do a combined test, but if the weather looks dicey we will just hold the dressage portion. Read more...

We can't wait until spring when we can ride outside and think about competitions! Read more...

What a cold winter we are experiencing this year! We are giving the horses the best care possible with hot water in their buckets, and plenty of hay in their stalls. In regards to lessons, please contact the farm if you are unsure whether or not to ride due to the temperatures/weather. We are always here, but we understand that you may not feel like coming out. The safety of riders and horses in these temperatures is of great importance to us, so do not be hesitant to call and discuss matters with your instructor! Spring cannot come soon enough this year...
